My experience with VW is Jacksonville has always been outstanding. Cindy, and the front service desk is friendly, kind, and always helps me with my VW appointments. Cindy has gone above and beyond to help me. Whenever I go to pick up my car, Cindy has walked me out to my car to make sure everything looks good. I can't say enough about Cindy, I look forward to getting service at VW because of Cindy. I live 45 minutes away, and because Cindy is so awesome, I make the drive all the way to Jacksonville, NC VW.
