I drove to front of VW business. I walked with my Son outside looking at cars. No salesperson came out to ask if we needed help. The salesman who did help me. Was outside walking from a different area. John walked right over to us. Asked if we needed help. He was very professional, polite and helpful. Never did I think I would purchase a VW. John told me about the car, answered my questions. Asked if I would like to test drive the car. I did. He was the most informative, helpful, cheerful and engaged salesperson. I knew he liked the VW brand and the car I drove.

The previous service advisor “used” my 20k service at 10k. But this service advisor fixed it without my asking! Much appreciated!!
