Receptionist was extremely friendly. Staff within building were friendly. However my appointment was 8:30 AM for the 30k mile oil apt. At 9 AM, 3 others showed for their 9 AM appointments. My car never moved. After an hour and a half of waiting, the receptionist explained there would be a delay. I asked if removing the tire rotation would help speed up my time as I had been there 1.5 hour past my apt time- she said yes. So I removed the tire rotation from my order. I chased 2 toddlers from 8:30 AM until 11:18 AM. All 9 AM appointments left before me and my two very young children. It was a very stressful morning and I still have to go to another location to have my tires rotated. I will not be continuing my service with this facility but rather will opt to drive into Wilmington NC.
