    I never have any issue when I come get my vehicle serviced. I’m always greeted with respect and dignity and the staff are very respectful.

    I had to call to check the status of my vehicle after several hours and I was told it was ready and the service advisor had called and left a message bit I had no missed calls and no voicemail. Also when I came in to drop my vehicle off the advisor asked me if I had been there before. I do not expect to be recognized but i don’t know why that has to be asked. If give you my name, you should be able to see I have been there before. I bought my car from this dealership in 2019 and have only ever had it serviced there. Another issue is when I brought my car for an oil change in December that was a dent in my door after the oil change. The advisor took pictures with her iPad and told me she would call me sometime after the first of the year when the dent guy was available. My son drives this car and left to go back to college before I got a call. In fact, I never got a call so when I went back this time I asked about it and all I was told was yeah we are having a hard time getting in touch with the dent guy and we never know when he will be available. I feel like this keeps gettin pushed off because they want me to forget about it. I am very dissatisfied with that. The work done itself for the oil change was fine but the customer service is not great at all.

    We have an extended warrenty, however the battery was not covered? That was bad. Also we have an ID 4 and had to have the doors replaced. Upon getting home we realized that the back door on the passanger side was not working. When we called to let you know we got an appointment four weeks out. They should have bumped us to the top since this was an error of quality control on your part.
