Everything was great. I had to bring my Taos in for service and while waiting I talked to Chelsie and she had my car appraised for an upgrade that I didn’t think was possible but we were able to trade in the 2022 Taos for a 2025 Tiguan. She did an amazing job alone with service and the rest of the sales team

First evertime we take our vehicles in its the same story we are down a tech it's going to take a while. Even if we have an appointment. Scheduled an appointment for a recall moths out when the car was dropped off it could not be completed parts were not there know someone could have said something when itvwas dropped off or a call prior to coming in . This time I was charged with a diagnosis fee for something that any parts store does for free. Plus when i was called i told them it needed a battery Then the vehicle was kept over the holidays for battery and all said and 800 bucks later we got the car back. Service has not been good for a while and seems to be getting more expensive and worse. Most of the you can't even call and talk to someone and you have to schedule appointments on because it goes unanswered if you call

Never had an issue with services at the VW department services. Cindy always assist us with our vehicle maintenance. Also she is customer friendly.
